CarriersMid-America Multirotor, Inc. uses the United States Postal Service for most shipments, however, we may use other carriers to deliver your order. We offer USPS Priority option for quick delivery.  The First-Class Mail option is for small packages  and usually takes longer to reach the destination.

Lost Packages: Mid-America Multirotor, Inc. is not responsible for lost packages.  No refunds will be provided if your package is lost in the mail system.  It is our recommendation to select the Priority Mail option with the United States Postal Service to ensure that packages are not lost.  Priority Mail has package tracking to ensure packages arrive at their specified destination.

Shipping Time & DelaysUnless otherwise indicated, orders received prior to 1 pm with payment received will usually ship that day, unless it is a holiday or non-business day.  We may contact you at the contact information you provided to update the expected shipping and/or delivery date.  

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and will depend on the carrier. Mid-America Multirotor, Inc. will not be held responsible for any delays caused by a mail carrier or local postal service.  Also, holidays and non-business days may cause slight delays in receipt of orders. 

 Return and Exchange Policy

We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased only from Mid-America Multirotor, Inc. within 30 days of receiving the item. All returns must have received a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be displayed on the outside of the box and inside of the package. To obtain an RMA number, please contact us via info@midamericamultirotor.com.

Items returned must be in new condition with packing slips, manuals, accessories and other items in the original packaging. We will not accept items that have been glued, adjusted, or tampered with from original form upon arrival. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Also, refunds will be credited minus any credit card or Paypal fees that were incurred by the merchant for the purchase.

If the item we sent you is defective when you receive the shipment, contact us immediately.  Requests for returns, exchanges, and reports of missing or damaged parts must be requested within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. For returned merchandise found to be genuinely defective, we will ship out a replacement free of charge. 

Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. It is beneficial to obtain a tracking number when returning merchandise. We accept no responsibility for lost packages. In the event that a returned package does not make it back to us, Mid-America Multirotor, Inc. cannot be held responsible for the loss of merchandise throughout the process. We do not reimburse return shipping costs or refund shipping costs.  Shipping and handling charges on all orders will not be refunded.  We reserve the right to exchange, replace, or refund merchandise and not refund money if we deem that the merchandise has been misused or modified in any form.   It is highly recommended that you inspect the products ordered upon receipt and identify and report any issues BEFORE you try to fly, modify, construct or use the product.
